Brilliant Property Group founder, Işıl Tan, was always destined to achieve great things in the property world. Known to her friends and clients as Ish, she is powerhouse property professional.
She began her career as a civil engineer, before moving into infrastructure project management, property investment, Airbnb property management and, most recently, interior styling and design.

Ish has worked in seven different countries, building amazing projects and has travelled to more than 30. Her work and travel has inspired her passion for Airbnb property investment. She found that Australia offered a wealth of opportunities for property development and holiday letting and loved putting her project management skills to use in a property investment setting.
Her own investing experiences led her to discover that investors typically waste huge amounts of time and money tracking down and coordinating multiple contractors in a process that could be better streamlined for efficiency. And if anyone can multitask in a stressful environment while working to budget and time constraints, it’s Ish.
Armed with her wide-ranging skill set, incredible drive and 17 years of extensive experience, Ish began developing her own properties, managing projects for others and consulting and managing Airbnb properties for her clients across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Ultimately this culminated in the conceptualisation and founding of Brilliant Property Group.

Ish may have a wealth of experience delivering multibillion-dollar global infrastructure projects, flipping properties and consulting on Airbnb investments, but she remains a dedicated, hands-on professional who will treat your investment property as if it’s her own.
She genuinely loves working with investors, sharing her industry secrets and watching their profits soar. And, in turn, her clients love that she’s locally based, approachable and treats every client like they’re her one and only.
When she’s not working, the business founder and property maven loves travelling, Latin dancing and scuba diving. She’s also the proud mother of a two-year-old Moodle, Coco.
